Participation in these webinars is free to NALP members and is $39 for each webinar for nonmembers. All webinars and slides used are archived in the Member Center for on-demand viewing. NALP membership is required to access these archived webinars.

On Wednesday, April 19, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. EDT, NALP will present the webinar “Social Media a waste of time? How to utilize Social Media to drive your landscaping company brand, increase sales and profit and leapfrog your competition!”

This webinar will be led by JW Washington, Ariens Company director of business development, and will teach attendees how not to waste time as an organization. It will also teach how to drive brand presence for your landscaping company on both Facebook and Instagram, and will show you how to effectively utilize social media to tell your brand’s story to future and current customers.

Attendees will also find the answer to the question, “How do you identify the purchaser or decision maker for the property management company, retail, commercial complex or high-end homeowner to whom you want to sell your services?”

The webinar will explore how to employ LinkedIn to bypass the gatekeeper and to source the decision makers of your target customers. NALP says that attendees will gain critical knowledge on how to leverage Facebook and Instagram to build and project brand presence, and they will learn to use LinkedIn to engage, solicit, source and close the commercial customer. NALP says they will also teach how to use your own social media network, as well as competitors’, to increase additional profitable sales opportunities.

The next webinar this month will take place on Thursday, April 27, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. EDT, and the topic will be “The Keys for Making Business Building Change Stick in Your Large Landscaping Company.” This webinar will be led by Bill Silverman, Springboard Business Coaching and NALP consultant member.

Implementing lasting positive changes in your business is critical to your ongoing growth and profitability, but it can sometimes be difficult to achieve. During this webinar, attendees will learn the reasons why most change efforts fail and how they can spot the barriers and resistance points that derail most change efforts.
