Walkways and foliage spruce up neighborhood

Town home development, Chicago, Illinois
Landscaping by Kinsella Landscape, Blue Island, Illinois

This town home association was overdue for a facelift – concrete, angled walkways and floating plant beds made the space confusing and cluttered. The neighborhood association requested Kinsella Landscape install a functional path and lush landscape. Curved paver walkways now lead to each residential entry, and fast-growing plants including hydrangeas, holly, hosta, astilbe, landy’s mantle and pachysandra groundcover fill planting beds. The existing courtyard received a makeover to provide a more welcoming social area for families. New lighting and irrigation were installed throughout the property.
