Backyard transformation

The homeowners’ had an unusable backyard filled with trees and mounds of dirt that caused drainage problems. Interlock Construction cut down 10 trees, leveled out the yard and installed a patio, a retaining wall with steps and sod. This makeover provided the homeowners a yard for their children to play in and views of a lake that weren’t visible before. Tumbled plaza stone was used for the patio, and the retaining wall and steps were constructed from natural impressions stone.

The goal of creating a low-maintenance outdoor living space to enhance this home’s wooded backyard was achieved by building a retaining wall and patio. Keystone Verazzo Stone and Bradstone were selected for the structure because of their easy-to-install benefits and natural stone look that complemented the outdoor setting.
