Xeleum Lighting has introduced a light specifically designed for stairwells. The Athena Series Stairwell LED Light Fixture can be left for long periods of time. The light will provide 100 percent of light when the space is occupied and dims to a power-saving level of 20 percent when the space is unoccupied.

Bobcat Invests $35 Million in Renovations at Bismarck Facility
Bobcat is investing $35 million in expansion and renovations to its Bismarck location. Bobcat broke ground today on a $20 million research-and-development facility at its site in the Northern Plains Commerce Centre, and construction is expected to be complete by the summer of 2014.
